It has been a busy couple of months here at the Elizabeth Calsey House! Our annual summer luau was a great success! We had an amazing luau themed lunch thanks to our amazing chef Ron; as well as played games and drank tasty (virgin) pina-coladas and strawberry daiquiris. We have had the opportunity to go on some lunch trips which were filled with delicious foods and of course great company! We thank The Deck, Kume, and The Old Salt for their outstanding service and delicious food.

Holiday Fun!
Now that Summer has come to an end; we are very excited for the winter months and all that they entail! The Halloween party was an absolute blast! The residents and staff all dressed up and there also were many spooky treats. One of many popular treats was the "witch's brooms" (peanut butter cups and pretzel sticks.) We played games, listened to Halloween music, and drank "creepy crawly" Halloween punch. As we all know the holidays come and go quite fast. We hope everyone had a happy and healthy Thanksgiving! We thank all of our staff who helped to make our Residents Thanksgiving so special, as well as our chef Ron for all his help and an preparation! Thank you to all the families and friends who took their loved ones and gave them an amazing day!

Preparing For The Holidays
We ask to please let us know if your loved one will be going out or staying with us for any of the upcoming holidays and celebrations. The chef and staff do an amazing job preparing a gorgeous feast and day of fun for those that stay. Here at ECH we always try to do our part in giving back to those in need. We are still collecting unwrapped toys for all ages, as well as personal health and beauty items for older children. Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated! Our goal is to make someone's holiday a little brighter and we know we can accomplish this with all your help! We thank everyone who attended our holiday party at Lions Mouth Rd and hope to see many of you this coming weekend at Elizabeth St. We wish you all a happy holiday season and a safe winter!
